Emua Ali


Emua Ali (PhD) is an experienced and qualified life coach, with excellent interpersonal skills and a particular aptitude for raising morale and motivation.

Emua has over 20 years experience of organising, designing and delivering training courses and workshops on personal development, diversity & equality, management and leadership. She has worked as a lecturer in further and higher education and she continues to run workshops in the voluntary sector and community education.

Her areas of expertise include performance management, action learning, management training and self-development, organisational development, human resource management, positive action, recruitment and selection, equal opportunities, diversity management, policy development, research, coaching, community development, business development and parent education.

She holds qualifications in Training Management, Adult Education, Counselling, Coaching, NLP, Assessment, Training of Trainers, parent education, Group Facilitation and Research.


 



Akosua Bambara

Akosua Bambara has been developing, implementing and facilitating a range of projects and training programmes for local, national, international organisations and grass roots communites for over 20 years.  

An accredited Facilitator Akosua delivers training that is diverse, ranging from the development and facilitation of older, younger women, girls groups and projects, young people leaving care programmes, intergenerational participation, up to the most recent issues on gang, gun crime and parenting skills.

Akosua is also a Visual Orator and her work has been exhibited in various venues across London, including, Bruce Castle Museum, Bernie Grant Art Centre in Haringey, Hackney Central Library, Oxo Tower, South Bank, The Science Museum, South Kensington, New Designers, Islington and Sir John Cass School of Art & Design, Aldgate.


 



Kocoa Brown

Kocoa Brown is a passionate singer-songwriter who also plays guitar and is a vocal tutor with more than 25 years experience of live performance.  She brings her ethos and passion for the creative arts to this project.  Using her years of stage experience she helps individuals to be more confident and tap into those often hidden creative talents whilst participants rediscover their own creative personal identity.

Kocoa runs her band own The KB Fusionnaires which performs in many formats from duo to full 12-piece band. Kocoa has performed her original material all over the UK and at many high profile venues where she has enjoyed long term residencies, such as The Pigalle Club, Smollensky’s on the Strand and Smollensky’s Metro’s.  With her band she has also performed on TV and other televised events such as West End Live, as well as in numerous Festivals around the country and abroad.

Kocoa teaches vocals in schools and arts colleges on various projects and initiatives and is accustomed to nurturing talent.  Her company, The Eclectic Arts Network, provides support to those in the creative industry, by sourcing venues for live performance and showcasing. The EAN encourages individuals to reach out to audiences in safe environments, whilst nurturing their talents, encouraging budding photographers to learn to shoot live events, providing platforms for poets, spoken word artists, musicians and those in other art forms, ie, artwork, sculpture, jewellery making, to display their artwork to a wider audience.
