EVENT: Acoustically Speaking International Women's Day Special VENUE: Hypnotik Jazz Bar, 75-79 Norwood Road, Herne Hill, London, SE24 9AA DATE: 8 March 2009 TIME: Doors Open: 3.00pm - End:12.00am COSTS: General Public £5 Poets /Musicians £1 Displays [Artists Projections / Table Displays] £5 REGISTRATION: Afternoon session: 4.00 - 4.30pm | Evening Session: 6.30 – 7.00pm On arrival please make sure that you register with one of the EAN Admin Team who will then introduce you to your Host for the evening, Musicians & Poets Please confirm your requirements whilst registering. Artists & Displays After registration you will be shown to your display table where you can begin to set up. Tables will be covered, but if you have display mounts/boards or stand, they can be used also. Projected Artwork Artists that are having their work projected need to ensure that files are submitted to admin@eclecticartsnetwork.com at least 5 days before date of Event. Please Note: Please submit no more than 20 images. CONNECT During the break and at the end of the performances, please take the opportunity to network with other creative individuals. There have been some amazing collaborations at previous events. We suggest that you bring business cards and any other marketing material that you may have.
