On arrival please make sure that you register with one of the EAN Admin Team who will then introduce you to your Host for the evening,

Musicians & Poets
Please confirm your requirements whilst registering.

Artists & Displays
After registration you will be shown to your display table where you can begin to set up. Tables will be covered, but if you have display mounts/boards or stand, they can be used also.

Projected Artwork
Artists that are having their work projected need to ensure that files are submitted to admin@eclecticartsnetwork.com at least 7 days before date of Event.

Please Note: Please submit no more than 20 images.
